Staff
Our staff at GoldenCare are dedicated members trained to provide exceptional care to those we serve. Each staff is screened with references, fingerprint checks, and complete background checks in order to guarantee that they can start to be part of the GoldenCare team. They are carefully selected to continue on with the philosophy of establishing dignity, independence, and love within each residence and strive to enhance the lives they touch for each resident. Every staff member completes GoldenCare Homes’ initial training program and is involved in monthly in services to guarantee the most updated information and development for continued progress.
